At Racing Relics, we place great importance on providing a safe and reliable checkout experience. All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment systems in accordance with European security standards.

We accept payments via iDEAL, Wero, Apple Pay, PayPal, Bancontact, and major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Certain transactions may require additional verification by your bank to confirm your identity and ensure payment security.

Shipping Information

Orders within the Netherlands are shipped free of charge. Estimated delivery time is between one and three business days.

For selected countries within the European Union, a flat shipping rate of €20 per order applies. Estimated delivery time for EU orders is between three and seven business days.

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands and are carefully packaged before dispatch. Deliveries take place from Monday through Saturday. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local conditions or carrier-related circumstances.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

All orders shipped within the European Union are delivered without customs duties or import taxes. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

At this time, we ship exclusively within the European Union.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item or items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

If approved:

• The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us.
  If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Dutch consumer law and EU regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item or items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
• Proof of purchase must be included, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
• Returns must be requested in advance via email at support@racingrelics.nl.
• Returned items must be shipped to the return address provided after approval.
